I don't think you're crazy at all. It can't just be a coincidence any more. I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2008 and I had bad eating habits. A lot of red meat consumption. I know I can't know for sure that it was a contributing factor but why take a chance. If there is even the slimmest possiblitly that it could make you sick or enable a child to develop faster than is normal why allow it.

I am a mother of two young boys, and we try and eat organic foods as much as possible.. My older son is seven, and we noticed a lump under his breast, doctor has said it is a breast bud, early puberty- at seven, this doesn't seem right, I am concerned about hormones in meat products and if this has any connections. I am in human developmental classes right now, in college and seven is pretty early for this to happen, the doctor did not want to talk about nutrition and blew me off, saying we aren't all the same and the range is much larger than books say. Any thoughts on this or am I just being overly protective, I don't want to buy meat treated with hormones ever again.
