There is currently no way of telling which foods on the market are irradiated or contain irradiated ingredients. As consumers, we have no clue how pervasive food irradiation really is.

The food industry doesn’t want to address why there are so many contaminants and bacteria in our food supply, so it uses food irradiation as a quick way to eliminate them. Of course, this is done in expense to our health.

What is currently irradiated? I heard once that most produce is irradiated (and not labeled as such). Is this true? What does the irradiated symbol look like?
